All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Your coffee is roasted fresh within 48 hours of dispatch to ensure peak freshness on arrival.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over S
  • S flat rate on orders under S
  • All subscription orders ship free

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • Singapore (2–4 business days)
  • Malaysia (3–7 business days)
  • Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines (5–10 business days)

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Packaging

  • Coffee ships in one-way valve sealed bags to preserve freshness
  • Outer packaging uses eco-friendly materials with shock protection

Issues with Your Order

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@stampcoffeeclub.com with a photo and we'll make it right.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a quality issue with your order, we will replace or refund it — no questions asked.
