About Subscriptions

How does the subscription work?

After choosing your plan, we automatically dispatch your coffee on a monthly cycle. You'll receive an email before each shipment and can adjust, pause or cancel anytime from your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, absolutely. Cancel from your account at any time with no fees. Your current cycle order will still be fulfilled.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Heading away? Pause from your account and resume when you're ready.

What discount do subscribers get?

Subscribers enjoy approximately 10% off vs single purchases, plus free shipping on every order.

Can I change the coffee in my subscription?

For the Roaster's Pick plans, our roaster selects for you each month. For the Your Favourite Always plan, you can swap your coffee anytime from your account.

About Our Coffee

How fresh is the coffee?

All coffee is roasted within 48 hours of dispatch. We recommend enjoying it within 2–4 weeks of the roast date for peak flavour.

Do you offer ground coffee?

Yes. Choose at checkout: Whole Bean, Espresso Grind, or Filter Grind.

Where do your beans come from?

We source from the world's best growing regions including Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, Kenya, Rwanda, and more.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by region across Southeast Asia.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over S. Flat rate S below that. All subscription orders ship free.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. More regions coming soon.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and major local payment methods.

How does subscription billing work?

Your card is charged automatically at the start of each cycle. You'll receive a reminder email before every charge.
